HOWTO See which table a LOB Segment belongs to

A question asked on the Toad Lists was something like this I remember, I think, that Toad allowed me to see the table or index that a LOB Segment belonged to from within the Database→Administer→Tablespaces Objects tab. For the life of me, I can't remember how.

John Dorlon replied that all you have to do is select the row in the grid showing the LOB Segment and press F4 and all will be revealed.
